To me nobody in this world is perfect so I disagree on this. I think that a perfect guy should fulfil number 18 and others are just emotional thing that will happen naturally thus if he really appreciate you then he will never run out of love, his mind is full of crazy ideas on how to make you happy then automatically he will stop doing what you dislike and so on.
